How do I return an item?

Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $150 or more, your order ships FREE! Free shipping only applies to the Continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses are not included in this promotion.

At Golf-Topia.com, we strive for Complete Customer Satisfaction to be included with EVERY order.

 

But much as in playing golf, sometimes we all make bad club selections.

 

Don't worry! At Golf-Topia.com, we've got your mulligan!

 

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy on ALL of our items that are returned in new/unused condition.

1.     Customer is responsible for all return shipping and costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

2.     Buyer must contact us prior to shipping the package to us in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We require all customers to include the RMA number so that we can easily identify your return package and process your exchange/return right away. Please print the RMA number on the exterior of the return package on ALL sides in DARK ink.

3.     In order to maintain extremely competitive pricing, our return policy does not apply to custom or upgraded orders. Custom, upgraded, or component orders may be returned for store credit only if it is in new condition and un-used.

 

4.     All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon discretion by your returns department.
